Lithium-based molecular sieve for oxygen production (PFK-O902)

Lithium-based molecular sieve for oxygen production is a lithium X-type silicoaluminate crystal, an internationally advanced oxygen-producing molecular sieve. Applied in pressure swing adsorption (PSA) oxygen production devices, it features high nitrogen adsorption capacity, high nitrogen/oxygen separation coefficient, low-pressure adsorption, vacuum desorption, and easy desorption. Its nitrogen adsorption capacity is 2-3 times greater than that of type A oxygen-producing molecular sieves, and its nitrogen/oxygen separation coefficient is twice that of type A oxygen-producing molecular sieves. Lithium-based molecular sieves also have good wear resistance and a long service life, thus reducing energy consumption and operating costs, improving economic efficiency, and serving as a superior alternative to 5A (CaA) oxygen-producing molecular sieves.

During decompression, the adsorbed impurities are desorbed and the adsorbent is regenerated at the same time, at least four adsorbent bed cycles are used to operate to achieve a continuous output of product hydrogen.
