Vacuum pressure swing adsorption (VPSA) oxygen production technology is an oxygen production process with low investment, low energy consumption and low operating cost. It has successively passed the high-tech achievement appraisal of the Ministry of Chemical Industry and the Ministry of Metallurgy. It has been widely used in non-ferrous smelting, steel, chemical, paper, fiberglass and other industries.

Technical characteristics

  Using a new type of molecular sieve for oxygen production, low investment, low energy consumption, unit oxygen production electricity consumption 0.26-0.38kwh/Nm³O₂, unit oxygen-enriched circulating water consumption 0.002t/Nm³O₂, oxygen recovery rate as high as 67%;

  Oxygen purity is adjustable within 25~95%, the device has strong applicability, and the output is adjustable under the load of 25~110% of the rated production capacity;

  The process is short, the degree of automation is high, and it is convenient to start and stop.
