Pressure Swing Adsorption Nitrogen Production Technology
Under a certain pressure, due to the kinetic effect, the diffusion rate of oxygen and nitrogen on carbon molecular sieve is quite different. In a short time, oxygen molecules are adsorbed by carbon molecular sieve, and nitrogen molecules are enriched in the gas phase to achieve oxygen and nitrogen separation.
Because the adsorption capacity of carbon molecular sieve for oxygen varies obviously with the pressure, the oxygen molecules adsorbed by carbon molecular sieve can be desorbed by reducing the pressure, so that the carbon molecular sieve can be regenerated, and the cycle can be repeated alternately, and the high quality nitrogen gas can be continuously produced.

Natural gas hydrogen production unit

During decompression, the adsorbed impurities are desorbed and the adsorbent is regenerated at the same time, at least four adsorbent bed cycles are used to operate to achieve a continuous output of product hydrogen.
