Coke oven gas purification technology
The raw gas enters the room temperature renewable coke oven gas desulfurization unit to remove tar, aromatics and their derivatives. Hydrogen sulfide and various organic sulfurs, total sulfur is removed to ≤0.01ppmv, and then enter the heat transfer isothermal methanation unit to removeH2、CO、CO2,transform intoCH4Finally, pressure swing adsorption methane extraction technology is used to obtain natural gas that meets national standards.
High purification degree, the sulfur content of the combustion exhaust gas from the furnace gas reaches the national standard; no carbon supplement, no hydrogen enrichment, and all the effective gas is converted into methane;
