On September 30, the PFN—1200 Nm³/h mobile PSA nitrogen-generation unit Perfect, contracted by Zhejiang Perfect Technology Group for Puyang Future Energy Technology Co., Ltd., was successfully loaded and dispatched. This advanced system utilizes state-of-the-art pressure swing adsorption technology to consistently produce high-purity nitrogen gas at 99.5% purity, meeting the customer's stringent requirements for diverse on-site gas supply needs.
The process design of this nitrogen generation unit is precise, and its operation is stable and reliable. The core procedures are as follows:
First, the ambient air is compressed by an oil-injected screw air compressor and then fed into a compressed air buffer tank for preliminary dehydration and pressure stabilization, yielding compressed air that meets the nitrogen generator's requirements.
Then, the compressed air passes through precision filters, a micro-heat dryer, and additional precision filters to remove oil, water, and dust. It then enters an air buffer tank for pressure stabilization.
Afterward, the compressed air from the air buffer tank enters the PFN-1200 nitrogen generator, which is filled with carbon molecular sieves, to adsorb and produce nitrogen. The qualified nitrogen is then sent to the nitrogen buffer tank for storage and pressure stabilization, while any unqualified nitrogen is automatically vented directly through the system until the nitrogen meets the required standards.
The PFN-1200 nitrogen generation unit features a high degree of automation and intelligent functionality. Equipped with advanced automatic control and follow-up systems, the system enables real-time, round-the-clock monitoring and recording of critical parameters during operation—such as purity, flow rate, and other key data.
