01 Pressure Swing Adsorption Nitrogen Production Process
The Perfect nitrogen generation unit is centered on pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology, featuring a clear process flow and stable operation.
First, ambient air is compressed by an air compressor and then fed into a compressed-air buffer tank for preliminary dehydration and pressure stabilization, yielding compressed air that meets the nitrogen generator’s requirements. It then passes through a purification system to remove oil, water, and particulates. The purified compressed air is routed to another air buffer tank for pressure equalization before entering the nitrogen-generation unit, which contains a carbon molecular sieve bed, where nitrogen is produced via adsorption. Qualified nitrogen is stored in a nitrogen buffer tank for pressure regulation, while non‑compliant nitrogen is vented directly through an automatic venting system until it meets the required specifications.
